universe may not be something you do,
but someone you raise."
Andy Stanley
It's never too late to
Try something new...
No matter what your relationship with your child looks like right now, there is always hope.
Parenting doesn't come with a handbook, and none of us have it all figured out from the start. We set out with the best intentions, striving to be the parents our children need, but the realities of daily life, can sometimes feel overwhelming. You don't have to do this alone. When you work with me, you will be seen, supported and encouraged. You will make positive lasting changes! Remember this: it's never too late to connect, grow and create a thriving, meaningful bond with your child.

Connect
Create a foundation built on trust, love and understanding to create a deep lifelong connection and bond with your child.
Grow
The beauty of growing as a parent is that it is a lifelong journey. Never stop learning. Discovering more about yourself and your child.
Thrive
Thriving as a parent means more than just surviving the daily grind. I want you to flourish and find joy in the process of raising your child.
Hello, I am LeRay Havard
My passion for parenting led me to pursue certification as a Parent Coach through The Jai Institute of Parenting. I firmly believe that a deeper understanding of children fosters a secure attachment between parent and child, ultimately strengthening the relationship through all stages of life. Parents often could use extra support in their efforts to raise their children and I love coming alongside parents to support their understanding of themselves, their parenting styles and how to be the healthiest version of themselves for their children.

As a mother of two adult children, I consider parenting them to be one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. With two grown children, a delightful grandchild, and two decades of experience as a public school teacher across various age groups, I bring a rich tapestry of personal and professional experience to my coaching practice. Currently, I have the privilege of teaching a Child Development course at the high school level, which enables me to integrate academic knowledge with practical parenting strategies on a daily basis.

Most days, if I am not in my classroom, you can find me with my family, having dinner with friends, enjoying a coffee at my favorite local spot, reading a book, taking a walk outside or at the gym. I love to travel and try new things whenever I get the chance. Anywhere near the ocean is good for my soul.

I look forward to connecting with you soon.

Be Steadfast,
LeRay
